I love showing our kids the biz. They can get ****y sometimes but I remember being that way too. Best thing for me to see is when they are teaching the next group of kids. Watching them grow is priceless. Best part of this job is giving skills they can take anywhere and put food on their tables.

I usually learn something from them too. Been doing this since 1978.  If you work with anyone for a while, there's a good chance you'll both learn something.
