KennyP is this you in the video? I am not sure. That ist he first time I ever seen a beef cattle get skinned. Also to me it looks like it being put into the back of a trailer to be transported somewhere. Am I seeing that wrong? At first i thought it was one of those mobile butcher shops but now I am not so sure since whole quarters were put into the trailer and then it was over. I enjoyed watching it and thought it was interesting.
LOL not me. Just a good video that I found on YouTube, wanted to share. Guy makes every movement and cut count. It's a home kill and he'll load it into the truck and take it to a place to be hung and processed.
If you can stick a beef without ruining knifing up the shoulders and take the face off without dulling your edge everything else becomes easy as pie. Nothing worse than dinging up what should have been a perfectly good hide.
