That is a tough break. Can you push rib roast for the holidays? Hopefully you will be able to get more customers into your store with this deal and buy higher margin items. Maybe suggest a rub for the steaks and roast. And the more new customers like tour store, it might help out your sales in the long run. Good luck you can turn this into a positive!
