Good point Burgermeister. I was thinking another leg and locking wheels. This is one of many beautiful pics I have seen on South American meat shops by this website.

I have a large meat block in the middle of my kitchen from the first store I owned back in 1970. Too large and heavy, had to put floor jacks under the kitchen so the floor would not sag.
would not take anything for it.

i never had the opportunity to cut on a wooden block I've heard it's a big differs over our tables of today

They are better on our knives. I see them for sale on craigslist sometimes.
