That is a very clever eye catching display that will certainly lead to sales. The best part is it probably didn't cost a lot to do it. Good promotion doesn't have to be expensive. Just be a little crewtive and the results can be amazing.

I haven't seen much of that type displaying in chain stores in awhile, good to see it   makes a market look sharp
