I have notice as I go around the butcher shops and Independents, more and more of them is back to slicing their own bacon, the Independents are ordering it in whole slabs, most of the butcher shops smoke their own __________________ Leon Wildberger Executive Director

We have a local butcher shop that smokes their own, great bacon, a good price, shhhhhh I buy mine there __________________ Sexy Jan
