How many hours is everyone putting in last week and this week we are going into ? I have 47 last week and 56 plus 8 hrs holiday pay coming up starting tomorrow. I have one day off for these two weeks, it seems to be my new norm....

We closed on Labor Day. Paid day off for my full time employees. Days leading up to holidays that we are closed are extremely nuts and profitable. Thats why I pay my full timers for that day they don't work. They earned the day off with pay.

Seems to be the trend Braker. I had 53 last week. I averaged 68 for the whole month of July. We just can't hire and keep clerks. Thankfully I got a FT transfer from another store and she kicks ass.
