I like the vintage pictures. I don't think too many of us remember that one. But I bet some of us give away those popup timers if they don't already come with the turkey.

I don't think those popup timers will ever be sold on ebay though.

I wonder what internal temperature it tells you to cook pork roasts to. Or does it only have minutes per pound/total time info? I can't see the small print. Because pork had a lot more fat back then, and because the the fear of Trichinellosis, you were always told to cook pork to what, 170? But that's way too high for something like a well trimmmed bonelesss pork loin roast. I think 150 is better and stilll safe. There's almost no chance of Trichinellosis from USA store bought pork today. However, wild game might be different.

was on ebay looking for something and run across a couple of those, sent me into a flash back of my youngblood days lol
