Face book friend Chris Thomas of ShopRite in New Jersey knocks out a little grind every morning lol  This is just the back up after filling his case from the morning grind! 14 dollys before most people even wake up.

By tubes do you mean the chub tubes? Why would they open up the chubs and re-grind the burger? Trying to hide the fact that its chub burger? Whatever the reason does not look like an impressive amount of work as it would of been had it been shop trim making all the different grades!
