I do alot of research on the meat-industry and recently read the fastest growing sector of cooks in the married man under 40 yrs old..
it makes sense, if a two income family, the guy is doing more meal planning,,not all on the woman,,,,
so, this could be a great opportunity for us...why??
when men make food choices, protein is at the center of the plate... and we should be where they are buying this protein..
whats the challenge of most guys?? some may need some recipes- so start printing more recipes, around point of sale,,,alot of women ages 20-35 will pick up the recipes too
think about it---we process and display, dead cold muscle,,, on the other side of the case, it is food, if we give customers more cooking instructions on what to do with our products,,they will have more confidence cooking it..
