availability (especially pork) declines dramatically. Many cutters are concerned with possible lay-offs due to a lack of affordability by customers and/or
production cutbacks. Many of our customers are livid at having to pay over $20.00 for an 8LB Roaster Hen they used to pay $8.00 for two weeks ago.
Many grass fed and Organic Ranch/Farms although somewhat already a little pricier than the usual may be more affordable due to their raising methods
and practices. Again the possibility exists that as their demand increases they too may increase their prices...
