My wife and I were over around Ball Ground, Georgia Saturday and I went by to meet the owners of Frankfurt Döner and Meats, Tim Lucov and wife Annette Werner Lucov
Along with the Lucovs, Kristen and Tom Morris are also involved in the operation. and the two couples enjoy working together in the shop.
Annette and Tim Lucov took over day-to-day operation of the store, with Detlev Werner still involved in the preparation of the meats.
The shop was originally opened by master butcher Detlev Werner and his daughter, Annette Werner. Many of his recipes are used to make the shop’s delicious specialties, including the fresh and smoked Bratwurst, called a German classic.
Detlev Werner was aMaster craftsman in the highest professional qualification in crafts and is a state-approved grade. The education includes theoretical and practical training in the craft and also business and legal training, and includes the qualification to be allowed to train apprentices as well. The status of Master craftsman is regulated in the German Gesetz zur Ordnung des Handwerks, HandwO(Crafts and Trades Regulation Code).

HERE IS SOME FINE EATING, Döner kebab is a traditional Turkish dish made from meat roasted vertically on a spit. It is closely related to Greek gyros and other traditional spit-roasted meats from around the Mediterranean and Middle East. they offer a mouth-watering array of fresh and smoked sausages, fresh pork specialties and bologna, all made on the premises.
Janice and I had two German Brats that were made there, FINE EATING. We got to set under the gazebo that is next to the shop with a small play ground
