This Wednesday my wife and I will be at White Oaks Pastures
to meet with Jenni Harris and Club member Brian SappTo discuss White Oaks Pastures sponsorship role in our Meat Cutting Competition andConsolidate our plans, Ms. Harris has shown great interest in White Oaks Pastures being involved in helping to find the number one Georgia Meat Cutter/Butcher. White Oaks Pasture is a great group, does great works in our Georgia Meat Industry and we welcome them being a sponsor. We also welcome Brian knowledge of meat cutting competitions, He has been a Judge in a few of Whole Foods competitions they hold among themselves.

Every thing went well, Great people there, my wife and I were on the road yesterday for 16 hours, we stop at a lot of Grocery stores after leaving there, talking with meat cutters and pasting out flyers on the competition. The last three no one was arounf so I just step in the market and left flyers on meat scales lol
Will have video later this evening or in the morning. I'm leaving back out with Club Secretary Ryan to make another trip to meet some meat people in the northern part of the state.

I really enjoyed watching the video! Great explanation about what was happening, and it's especially interesting to me to see the products we sell in use.
