Two of Georgia's Best Butchers


This past Sat. I met two of Georgia's Best Butchers

Rusty Bowers Founder & CEO of Pine Street Meats, ( center ) with his business associate Tommy Searcy, owner of Gum Creek Farms 

 

 

While visiting with Rusty my wife and I got to taste some FINE BBQ that he makes, Rusty has many accomplishments to his record as a butcher and Chef, great story on him in atlantamagazine.com

 
Rusty has agreed to be a Team Leader on our Advisory Committee
 
And this one is 

Patrica Gebrayel is CEC of Heywood Provision Co., the butcher shop—focused on local and sustainably raised animals—he opened two years ago in an East Cobb shopping center. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Gebrayel gravitated to jobs in large hotels and resorts that had in-house butchering departments. you can read his back ground at atlantamagazine.com also.

Patrick gave my wife some goodies to try, some Irish Bangers and his Breakfast Sausage.

 

 

Club Members those Bangers were some " FINE eating " as was the Sausage

 

Patrick also has agreed to be a Team Leader on our Advisory Committee
