What names do they use now??

I heard that   In some union contracts they've taken out the term "apprentice meat cutter" and "journeyman meat cutter".

my question is what names do they use now in referring to a apprentice meat cutter and a journeyman meat cutter

For me at my work its head meat cutter and my asst. is asst.head meat cutter

The current contract says Journeyman for pay rate.But, in all other communication we are meat dept clerks. The only exception is the Dept Head... To them I am a clerk that can cut meat....
