This year’s conference schedule includes the Showcase Beer & Brats Reception 

featuring Tabletop Exhibits and the Sausage/Ready-To-Eat (RTE) Fest. 

The Sausage/RTE Fest will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014, from 4:30pm to
