This a meat shop in Romanian, Think a USA State Inspector would have a heart attack if he walk in lol Nice looking shop, I know I would love to sample every piece of it lol

dry cured products like these are making a comeback here in Wisconsin. Don't see many on display like this, but more and more smaller shops are making these products and similar
