"thank God, i have a wet saw"

I'm sure I've said this line a few hundred times, and I'm sure any one else has that has this great addition on their saw. Yesterday, the day after Christmas, i came in at 4 in the morning, alone, and walked into a, meat case without one package of beef or pork. Most meat managers would have probably called in for reinforcements, but most don't have a wet saw system that increases their productivity by leaps and bounds. With one of my cutters (timm) wrapping, we put out 250 packages of meat in less than two hours, and only 45 packages were AD bone in new York steaks (with not one having a bit of bone dust)., Why am i posting this? Am i trying to brag? No. I simply cannot understand why none of you buy in on this and make your lives better and profession much safer. Splitting marrow bones down the center mean very little to me since my blade has very little or no drag. It does have one downside, though. Your knives may become depressed because you won't want to use them anymore. :( I plan to shoot more videos using it, and if you guys have any requests,.let me know. I'll cut anything you'd like to see (as long as i can bring it in due to corporation restrictions.) I'm not salesman, guys. I'm.just trying to make all our lives better and easier. Thanks. Shawn Dunn Meat manager at store 28 Sugarhouse (salt lake city), Utah
