The pig is one of the oldest established animals in husbandry, having been domesticated some 8,000 years ago in Asia, from where it was brought to Europe.
From New York to San Francisco fine restaurants are serving great Mangalitsa dinners, and we see the demand for these products increasing rapidly as more pigs become available

Where can I find you in Holland. I am from Rotterdam. In the past I had a Professional Forwarding/Logistics Company for Animal Natural Sausage Casings and a Meat Trading Company. Since I am retired I spend my time as an amateur smoker of meat, poultry,Fish etc etc.
I have done this since my 18th year. Nice hobby.
Unfortunately my son Wouter jr. emigrated to Melbourne/Australia where he was asked to become a Manager. He teached me all modern technics to produce sausages, bacon, hams and many many other products in a professional way.
Time has changed and nowadays we have modern equipment which makes it all much easier than in the past.
