Yeah JimmyMac, our wonderful government made me quit making my fresh country link in my market too, but I have a friend that runs a processing shop that told me that I can use his grinder any time if I want to make fresh link for myself as long as I share some with him, I told him that's a fair trade lol. I still see some of my competitors making fresh link all the time with out getting in trouble, so I guess there is some kind of loop hole and hopefully there is, because the owner of the store I work at really wants me to start making fresh link again, he reminds me that every time he sees me at work.
