Good job leon,

I'm encouraged seeing some younger folks in the crowd, also encouraged, seeing the butcher shops,,,I think this is, or should be THE trend in the future,,
if more of the retail box stores are going with more and more case-ready meats, as wal mart and other chains,,,I believe this opens a void for the smaller, personalised butcher shops..

Very nice video-thank you! Lets hope mom&pop butcher shops are the way of the future, as they were the way of the past.

Johnny I did have a good time and enjoyed it.  Wish all the Club members could have made it, lots to learn.

Newbernbears, mainemeatman, there were a lot of butcher shop people there, local farm butchers. many of these N.C. farms are opening a farm shop to sell to the public.

In the past 4 years or so, over 2800 butcher shops have open up. I met four people there that was going to open one this coming year.

There is a new one opening here about 15 miles from me, just met them Thurs.

When Kari Underly left there Tuesday night she went on to Ill. where she is helping to open a new small meat processing plant
