I have a meat cutter with 10 yrs. experience mainly boxed beef and pork.
He would like to learn how to break carcasses. He is wondering if anyone in the Club or you might know anyone from the club who would be interested teaching him. He lives in Arlington, Texas and
would be willing to travel and work for FREE..
