How long since you seen a Bone In Shoulder Roast ???

 do you cut it with the ribs or without? I've been cutting since 1978 and have never seen one here in California. I went back east to visit (1992) and saw one there. Other than that, I've only seen em in pictures. Out here, (when sold for roast) that's always sold boneless and tied.

Yesterday. We bring in some local beef and I get the shoulders and chucks bone-in sometimes.

Hey Joe that's a good looking aged rib section, where do you buy your swinging beef from and how long do you hang it.

BEEN ALONG TIME...I ACTUALLY MISS CUTTING THOSE....YES THEY ARE MORE WORK BUT ITS SO WORTH IT...MUCH BETTER ROAST!
