Im sure a few have seen my Kroger thread one thing I saw that day working there a customer asked other bloke when she bought a piece of salmon fillet is the skin edible (she was the typical little old lady) he said he didnt know again more down to Krogers lack of training not him anyhow nevermind that I interrupted while he faffed about and said its all according to taste some people like it and suggested if you want to try for the first time it fry it skin side down to crisp it up for 2/3 of the way and flip it over if you dont try poaching it in some milk to keep it moist then remove it and the skin will peel off and you can use the milk to make a sauce with some cornstarch and parsley.
What is everyones favourite advice or best tips for know how to tell customers how to cook or general good advice if they dont know and what if you get a strange query about some celeb chef they saw on tv what do you say or how do you handle it ?
