 II Wrote a huge spill about this nearly three years ago on this site. I still use this technology, and it's simply amazing. Productivity increase and efficiency are unreal, and the products from the saw are better than any knife or sharp saw blade. The YouTube video that i participated in does absolutely no justice for this system. 500 bucks, and your scraper will never be in your hand again. It has been in my current meat department for over two years, and it has been great to produce high quality products for my customers without exploding my labor budget. You simply can't beat it.
