Due to strong demand, the Product Enhancement program is printing another round of the Beef Cuts, Primal & Subprimal Weights and Yields (low-res attached) a new 12-page, 4-color booklet, 8 ½” x 11” and once again offering to the states for FREE.
This booklet is a valuable tool for anyone interested in better understanding estimated cutout, weights or yields for a beef carcass to better communicate with customers. We expect this to be the last time we will print this booklet. It will continue to be available as a PDF on www.beefresearch.orghttp://www.beefresearch.org in the Product Enhancement section. Please anticipate your needs and let us know by Friday, August 2nd.
