Cheflazar5 will be going to the mainland tomorrow and will seek out butcher shops. In Hong Kong, most of the meat comes in from Japan, australia canada, and then the US.

Below is a picture of a butcher shop in Egypt from last year, he was there in july 2012 with CNN. They were slaughtering sheep in the streets, very fresh!! lol
