Looking for local livestock producers in Raleigh, NC


Two highly decorated companies, Market Restaurant & Green Planet Catering, are working thru a merger to open an entirely new concept to the downtown Raleigh area. The Market - Restaurant, Grocery & Catering will contain a 93 seat restaurant, 1500+ square feet of retail & grocery (a good majority of which will be created in-house under The Market's own brand), an in-house butcher, & prepared foods; all while maintaining an increased capacity for catering thru a 2500sq foot, highly functional kitchen and the addition of a mobile catering truck. Projected completion slated for early summer & build out has already begun on Franklin St. in Person St. Plaza.

 
They are actively looking for local livestock producers for their in- house butchery within the next few months so that new suppliers can be approved.  For more information and If you'd like to be considered, please email, Jeremy Wilkins at butcher@TheMarketRaleigh.com and include production practices, product offerings, & breed information.
