Letting the cat out of the Bag

Just thought I should let people know

Standard Market and I parted ways on April 1

I just accepted the position of Operations Manager for Black Earth Meats in Black Earth Wisconsin

We are a USDA Inspected Operation. We slaughter and cut Beef, Pork, Lamb and Goats

Lots of Heritage Animals pass through. Belgium Blue Steers, Scottish Highland, Texas Longhorn, Hereford, Berkshire hogs, Red Waddle Hogs, Mangalista Hogs

Very cool operation

We service many Restaurants, Hotels, and Grocery Stores in the Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison Area.

If you are looking for something you just can't find any where else message me and let me give it a try

I hope you like it at Black Earth.

You'll be hard to replace at Standard Market

Good luck Joe. We are starting to sell the Kurobuta Pork at my shop. So far it is going well. Myself, I love it.
