How To Talk To The Butcher

It was an interesting story and true in certain aspects for me. I have noticed how shy some shoppers can be, I just smile, be friendly, and ask if they need help with anything. That's all I can do unless they ask for something. It would be nice if more grocery stores even independents would have service cases, there is most definitely more interaction between meat cutters and consumers, its great for promoting new products, and gives meat cutters a better idea of what is more popular to shoppers in that area. It would also give grocery stores more of a butcher shop appeal.

where I work there is a serve over counter . one butcher works out there so that when some one comes in one of us is there. it is a small town so you get to know the costumers and what they want. when customers get to know you they don't mind asking you for things and they trust your judgement on different cuts
