Well do you like it????

Lots of people love those, i have never used one but all the supermarkets are using them and then use a horn on it to make sausage.

does it have a foot pedal? i didnt see one- those are great for efficiency, and sausage making..

this hopper holds 65lbs?

its a nice looking machine, much better than a plunger grinder!!

I remember ground beef sales for .99lb using a 300lb blender/grinder and being in the cooler all day- we'd put the plastic bags over the head, after the third time thru-sold in 10lb bags

I had to transfer and move to get full time almost 30 yrs ago, my first assignment in the high volume store was to do 1000lbs of sausage-had to bone out the pork butts in the cooler - the foot pedal was a life safer!!

I prefer the pantop grinders myself. They are easier to clean and easier to manage what you are grinding in my opinion. But then again if we were still pricing ground beef at .99 cents like we were 15 years ago I would say a grinder/mixer with a foot switch is the way to go. That is a nice one and if its brandnew you shouldn't have any issues from it for a long time. I just recently had a new power box installed my grinder because the old one quit. it took the electricians 3 weeks and order the parts and install it. Until they finally did that I had to beat the side of the grinder with my fist to get it to turn on and off. LOL I look at it and laugh now but it was frustrating at the time. I would sure like a brand new grinder too.
