A recipe sharing blog… from me to you
 
Well Spring is here and for those of you who don't Grill Year Round like me I bet you are looking for an excuse to dust off that grill and fire it up
Here is a blog post of mine on marinades and rubs. In the time it takes to get the grill hot you could have your marinated or rubbed and ready to toss it on the barbie

Holy cow Joe, thanks for sharing. I don't know weather to fire up the grill, bake a pie, make a soup or some bread. Keep it up

great work joe- you should start your own spice line in packets called "cookin with joe"
put your pic on the packages along with cooking instructions

cookin with joe, sausage spices too

Mainemeatman......give me a few more weeks and you will be able to buy my sausages in other stores and on-line
the spices are coming too!!!
