Show me your meat!

Ha! No, not that meat. I'm specifically looking for service counter pics and vids.

Here's the deal. Our business has been slipping for some time. What used to be amazing for us was torn apart during the 'shrink war' of 2011. We have been effectively neutered. Now we have a new market manager and a green light has been given to go all out. The meat gods want to see change.

We have a very large service case that serves up high-end red meat, veal, lamb, chicken, and sausage. Merchandising is key. It's still the go to place for our customers, but they deserve more than what they have now. I'm asking for you guys & gals to throw up some photos or vids that can provide some inspiration. Competition is intense here and getting worse all the time. We don't want to copy, but to create an entirely new vision. This is where you come in.

I would love to see your photos or vids or anyone else's. Doesn't matter. Post 'em up old or new. The goal is to visualize a reality. Thank you so much!

I like your idea but I don't have a full service case to take pictures of. Its all self serve here. However I am curious to see the state or your service case now maybe I can provide ideas after seeing what you already have and don't have. I also love to see pics of other cases. It can be inspiring.

Look at wghat the supermarkets don't do. You'll always need chops and sausages but make your cabinet a point of difference.

Hi fdarn and Mainemeatman,

I can't take credit for the first picture it belongs to a european butcher you can see more of thier stuff here www.facebook.com/groups/383683668377593/?fref=ts . But the other ons is an old shop of mine. I currently own a shop in Perth Western Australia called Willowbank Butchery, love what I do for a living and think our trade is terribly underated.
