Looks a little too upscale for a guy like me. I wouldn't fit in that place in a million years. __________________

That's gorgeous! It sure looks great but if they've got a shrink issue, we all know why?! Lol! Here's the idea... Monday, only roasts. Tuesday, processed for steaks. Wednesday, split for thin cut and markdown city on Thursday. Friday, repeat. My merchandiser would go nuts there! __________________ Carnivorous Intent- A meat cutter's blog. if this was in maine- they'd be two meatcutters in the middle of the photo with bloody aprons...lol this could be all pre-pack items,,,an upscale look, with upscale retails,might be all organic meats then again,,,, i hope they do cutting on-site __________________ Old Meatmen get better when "Aged"
