 Whole muscle grind would be chunking up, say a top round to make ground round instead of opening up a tube or using block trim.

I would say fact-you know exactly what you are grinding using primals or bench trimmings..

some tube burger has cow in it,,and you can taste the grass fed flavor...

most of the independents up this way use bench trimmings,,,its a reflection of freshness, quality, and its ground on the premises,,unlike wal mart burger


tube is easier to track and trace, but its ironic, most of the recalls, ive heard come from tube burger
