Marczyk Fine Foods is actively looking for another meat-cutter with experience.  This person should have exceptional knife and band-saw skills, and must be passionate about meat, meat cutting and meat sales.  We start with some of the best meats available anywhere and sell retail cuts, roasts, and sausages to a loyal neighborhood clientele.

The position is full-time, and we are looking for someone who could reasonably be with us for a few years.  We are not seeking interns, or part-timers.  Pay is negotiable, but $16/Hour is the range—more for experience, passion, and willingness to work hard and use their head.  We have full benefits: 401(k) with match, health, vision, paid vacation, and discounts in our stores.  Paul and I are hard to work for, fairly unreasonable, and crotchety—just to get that out of the way.  Work is done early, and in a cold-room, so this is not for everyone.  If you know of someone serious for whom this might be a good opportunity, please have them email me directly. pete@marczyk.com
