Do yall use certified angus beef? If so what is your opinion of it?

We do. We have CAB and NCAB (natural). CAB is good stuff. I wouldn't say it's much better than a high quality choice, but it's something I can feel comfortable with promoting. It actually replaced our choice line of beef. From what I gather from my experiences promoting it, "choice" is the key word. No one really cares about anything else (the standards of CAB).

NCAB, on the other hand, is fantastic! For us, it's extremely consistent and of very high quality in all aspects. It's pricey, but I can still sell it all day long. It is oftentimes substituted for our CAB stuff, and when it's marked down or on sale, I buy it for myself. I really enjoy this beef, so it makes it very easy for me to sell.

The thing i like about it is that it is alot more cosistent than other choice products. It also cuts down on the dark cutters tremendously. The only complaint i have had is that it doesnt have quite as much of a good beef flavor but what it lacks in heavy beef flavor it makes up for in consistent tenderness.
