NC Choices would like to extend a congratulations to our friends at T&E Meats in Harrisonburg, VA on the launch of their new Meat Professional Apprenticeship Program! 
We have enjoyed working with and learning from Joe Cloud, Travis Miller and the gang at T&E Meats over the last couple of years. We think they run a fantastic facility  
and are looking forward to visiting soon and learning more about the apprentice program.
