NC Choices is pleased to pass along the following information from our friends in Vermont concerning the first New England Meat Conference. Many of you may have met Chelsea and Sam last week in NC and heard about the exciting progress in local and niche meats in their area. Consider joining NC Choices for a spring trip to the New England Meat Conference!

We are currently accepting proposals for presentations at the inaugural New England Meat Conference, March 22-23 in Concord, NH. The call for presentations is attached. The deadline is this Friday, so if you have a concept in mind, please be in touch by then (even if your proposal is not fully developed).
