They have made a lot of improvements over the years and laid the ground work to support repair /parts!

I had a saw about 15 yrs ago. It did not last me very long. So if they have as ol Geronimo says made a lot of improvements in support repair/ parts that is a good thing, we had a devil of a time trying to do repairs on it-nothing was available back then

I've used the double handled cheese knife and a few other things in the picture.

I have the skinning knife in the picture, as I also use this when I process deer.

We were pretty much a 100% Hobart shop, and what wasn't Hobart was BIRO.

As jimhenry said, we are hobart up here....

hobart 403 cuber

hobart scales,,

from the 1830 to the sp1500, to now the quantums

I remember when we first went to an digital scale..(from the old time "slugs" and hot glue labels). to the hobart sp 1500 in 1986 or 87,
when the label got stuck,,,the first thing the head cutter did was to grab a knife and scrape it out/off

well he ended up scraping off the print head,,which cost the store 500.00 the hobart tech,," why do all you meat guys reach for a knife to fix things with????
