Hey All,

Haven't been around in a while and wanted to stop in say hey.  Hope all is good here.

Also wanted to let everyone know I will soon finally be launching the poultry area of my meatshop101 website.  Some of you may recall I am a retired butcher and started this website for meat consumers and also to kind of stay in the game because I do actually miss the work and interaction with customers each day.

I like the way you set up that poultry page, you give all the cuts
