I feel funny putting my hand on anything called F. Dick.  Especially if the handles look like a dildo.

 I have a 10" F. Dick steel that I never use anymore. Now I prefer a ceramic "steel". I had a a few wood handled boning knives in the early 1980s. They were pretty good, but Forschner is what I use now.

Forschner is the most popular up this way, although dexter russell is the cheapest...

I dont believe ive seen any f-dicks in the 30 years up this way

I use the F.Dick blue handled flex 6'' and the 5'' half flex for boning. And i use 6'' stiff for breaking fronts down.

F Dick is a good knife, like the flat steels,, But you can not beat a forschner for qulaity and price, I use forschners,,
