so I'm working on next year's budget (year end oct 31st) this year sales are up by almost 14% over last year, 8% over budget, margin is close to budget .7% off
and next year I almost had LESS hours due to "an increase in the sales per employee hour standards from our companys little booklet"
I've got to fight just to keep the hours I had last year, and I keep explaining that we could do so much more with only a few more hours a week.....
like live demos, longer customer service hours etc
hooray for the last years success!
but when does the bar stop going up?
