I enjoyed the video. Obviously it's a very nice shop. It would have been nice to see more fresh meat rather than 90% sausage.

I like looking at certain things that the video isn't about. The bone dusters are metal instead of plastic. The jet netter on the wall.  Is that a radio I heard in the background? Buzzing the pork chops instead of knifing, etc. I would have liked to see the cooler. Are there rails in it?

Id have like to seen some retail prices


Im happy for this guy- he carved out a niche, and is specializing

hope he passes it along to his son.....maybe he can buy a razor for that funky beard....
