Canadian Meat Business Shortage of Meat Cutters Story

Below is a link to Canadian Meat Business, there is a story there by Club member Alan Mackenzie, the Excutive Editor of Canadian Meat Business about the shortage of meat cutters in the US and Canada. I gather some info for Alan for this story, he has mention me and the Meatcuttersclub in it. there is one type-o, the 18,000 hits a day should have read 18,000 a week

My THANKS to Alan for mention of the Meatcuttersclub.

excellent article!

i agree with alive, try to give a little more starting wage and some larger $ incentives every 3 to 6 months instead of nickel and diming everyone. I want to reduce expenses as much as the next manager but
how can we keep people when the oil and gas industry is a little more risky but high wages? In Alberta it's damn near impossible to find someone good in rural areas
