Im so sorry Leon I have been so busy I feel like my head is gonna fly off.. Its first of the month and I have been slammed and kids have stuff evrynight. Ill try to watch for this again.. I really am sorry. I got another cutter starting with me next week to fill in, sales are up and Im slammed.. Good problem to have but still stressful.

I know the show is at a bad time for meat cutters to call in, the 6 pm slot is the lastest one I can get without paying 40.00 a month for a upgrade that will let me pick a later slot time. If the show does well I will upgrade later and get sponsors for it.
The show is mainly at this time to direct young people to a career in meat cutting through grants and apprenticeships, their is a shortage of meat cutters in the nation at this time. young people getting into the field now and taking some courses in communication, and food safety, food processing can do well in our industry.
One of our goals here in the meatcuttersclub is to promote our trade, I hope some of you here find the time to help us on the show, call in if you able or lets do a phone interview.
