Yeah. Apparently this guy named Jim Croce already wrote a song with the same chords, melody, harmonies etc.. as BAD BAD LEROY BROWN. And coincidentally it was called, BAD BAD LEROY BROWN......LOL...So, copyright issues kick in with my version even though the lyrics were changed. Probably would've ended up with a "Cease and Desist" order from ole Jimbo's estate.
