I'll be getting out just in time. I just hope my current company lasts till the end of my career. It's such a great place to work.

This is like looking at an online dating site- the pictures may look good-but you really dont know what you are getting

It's ironic, the very reason, many predicted will kill the butcher shops and independent stores, is the very reason, I believe they are making a comeback-and that is FOOD SAFETY

I see signs in many stores "Do You Know Where Your Meat Comes From"?

with all the sensationalism about product recalls, and pink slime, more and more customers want to feel confidence and trust, on where they buy thier meat. Customers will associate a competent, professional meatcutter with better, trusting product

I'm also seeing VALUE STATEMENTS in advertising (100% beef no injections) (All beef, and pork is cut FRESH on site, and not shipped in from a thousand miles away)
