iits beef, it was cut in half I see the shoulder the arms the ribs and the heart,

Looks like a MRI view, or cross cut of a breast cavity , with that said , I was first thinking lamb.

But go with PORK

they will call anyhthing art won't they? I suspected that might be human. I was right about your last picture being a brain though.

 Take a closer look. Are you sure it was a brain? Look at the bottom. Doesn't that look like a set of loin chops? Do you see two kidneys?
