what happened to bone in chucks and bone in sirloins and bone in shoulders? not available at my warehousees for years

Here in the Southwest we cut A LOT of bone-in chucks for thin cut steaks. It's something of a staple for the Hispanic community. No demand for the other two...

not many places cut the bone in chucks and full cut rounds-in the northeast-some still do, they are still available
I use to like the bone in chuck sales-id cut thick steaks, and cross-cut some steaks for bone-in beef ribs, for .50 more per lb
I think the costs of these items are relatively high, and its a large steak = large package price
